Refund & cancellation policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid NetCoder AI training: the Chart Pattern Recognition Bootcamp, Price Action Fundamentals, Risk & Execution Clinic, and Private Chart Mentoring. It does not cover products, physical goods shipping, or payment checkout we do not operate on this website. Enrolment fees are collected offline after written confirmation.

Cooling-off and eligibility

If you cancel a confirmed enrolment in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the programme start date (or mentoring session start time), you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid for that booking, minus any non-refundable third-party processing fees we cannot recover.

Cancellations received fewer than fourteen days before start may receive a partial refund of up to fifty percent (50%) if your seat can be filled from the waitlist. If the seat cannot be filled, fees for that intake are generally non-refundable, subject to Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Non-refundable items

• Digital workbooks or chart packs already released to you after access credentials were issued
• Completed private mentoring sessions
• Deposits explicitly labelled non-refundable in your confirmation email when a seat is held for a high-demand cohort
• Administrative fees disclosed in writing at booking

Programmes already started

Once live bootcamp or clinic sessions have begun and materials for week one have been released, refunds are limited to unused future weeks on a pro-rata basis only where we cancel delivery or where Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy. Voluntary withdrawal after start typically does not attract a cash refund; we may offer transfer to a later cohort if space allows.

Cancellation by NetCoder AI

If we cancel a cohort or mentoring session, you may choose a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled booking or a free transfer to a later date.

Rescheduling

Private mentoring may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. Later notice or a second reschedule may forfeit the session fee. Bootcamp seat transfers to another intake are considered case by case and may require a transfer fee disclosed in advance.

No-shows

Failure to attend a mentoring session or live lab without prior notice is treated as a completed delivery for that session. No refund is issued for no-shows.

Deposits

Where a deposit secures a bootcamp seat, the deposit is applied to the programme fee. Deposits become non-refundable after the confirmation deadline stated in your booking email if you withdraw without transferring to another intake.

Refund process and timing

1. Email hello@netcoderai.digital with your full name, programme name, booking date, and reason for the request.
2. We confirm eligibility within five (5) business days.
3. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within ten to fifteen (10–15) business days after approval.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the same card or bank account used for payment. We do not issue cash refunds at the studio.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If training services are not delivered with due care and skill or are not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as the law provides.
