By accessing netcoderai.digital or enrolling in NetCoder AI training, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our programmes.

Who we are

Educational purpose

All programmes, articles, and materials are for education only. Nothing on this site is personal financial product advice, a recommendation to trade, or a guarantee of trading results. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and compliance with Australian law.

Enrolment

Programme fees shown on the site are informational. A place is confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and you receive written confirmation. We may decline enrolments where prerequisites are not met or capacity is full.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt services, scrape content for resale, or share paid course materials with non-enrolled parties without written permission.

Intellectual property

Course workbooks, chart packs, videos, and site content belong to NetCoder AI or our licensors. Enrolled students receive a personal licence to use materials for their own learning during and after the programme, not to redistribute them.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep schedules, prices, and descriptions current. Errors may occur; confirmed enrolment documents prevail over website copy where they differ.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses, indirect loss, or decisions you make based on educational content. Our liability for a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of NSW have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
